Mix together one cup of applesauce and a 4oz container of ground cinnamon. Combine until dough forms. Using plastic wrap, roll out the dough. Cut out using metal cookie cutters. Place on baking pan and cut out ribbon holes using a regular straw. Bake in a low oven for two hours or until ornaments are very dry. Be sure ornaments are fully dehydrated or you will end up with moldy ornaments.
